We have a new opportunity for a full-time Outreach Sales Manager!
Basic Qualifications:
Education/Training/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in human services, business, marketing or a related field from an accredited college/university and minimum of three years of proven successful sales and marketing.
Skill(s): Excellent organizational and time management skills. Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proper phone etiquette.
Able to think and exercise independent judgment when responding to customer requests in a timely manner.
A self-starter, able to exercise discretion and independent judgment. An enthusiastic person with sincere compassion for the senior population.
Computer experience, including but not limited to; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) EHR and CRM a plus. Dependable and have flexibility with work hours. Strong communication skills (oral and written) and excellent interpersonal skills in promoting and marketing.
Experience: A minimum of two years of recent experience as it relates to seniors, the healthcare field, health care management, managed care or nonprofits; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Medical Clearance: As required by CMS and/or the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services.
General Responsibilities
Reporting to the Lead Community Development Director, the Outreach Sales Manager is responsible for sales activities from lead generation through close in the assigned territories including reaching membership and census goals. Promotes the Marketing Plan for the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program and achieves census goals and targets.
