About the Role:
In this position, you will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with resident orientation and ensuring they have a comfortable stay with us.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment by cleaning resident drawers, closets, and storage areas.
- Delivering mail and communicating effectively with residents.
- Answering call bells in a timely manner and conveying residents' needs to licensed nurses or certified nursing assistants.
- Practicing efficient use of supplies, linen, and equipment.
- Transporting residents via wheelchair as required.
- Making unoccupied beds and distributing linens.
- Handling soiled linen and maintaining resident living areas.
- Servicing and picking up resident meal trays and monitoring residents during mealtime.
- Passing ice and water to residents and stocking supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
