Job Overview
Lutheran SeniorLife is a leading provider of community-based health and social services in western Pennsylvania.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our VNA Hospice team, providing in-home palliative and hospice services to individuals in Armstrong, Butler, and surrounding counties.
Responsibilities
As a skilled nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care and management of patients with life-threatening diseases.
- Supervising LPNs and coordinating overall care provided to patients.
- Identifying needs for other internal and external patient care services and making appropriate referrals.
- Participating in quality assessment and improvement activities.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements
