HR Systems Analyst
Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania.
Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.
Under the direction of the HRIS Administrator, the HR Systems Analyst provides support to day-to-day operations of the HR systems, trains end users, audits data. Maintains employee data reports, troubleshoots and analyzes technical issues. Serves as a resource for HR Team Members regarding data entry processes and procedures, and performs other related duties. Assists the HRIS Administrator in HR systems related projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
for HR Systems Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology preferred.
- Expert level with Microsoft Excel and other MS applications.
- Knowledge of various computerized information process flows and impact between the HRIS, Benefits, Human Resources, and Payroll preferred.
- Experience with HRIS maintenance and an understanding of relational databases preferred.
- High level of accuracy and follow-through required.
