Physical Therapist - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).
Mars, PA & Zelienople, PA - Daylight 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The Physical Therapist provides quality Physical Therapy services including resident/patient/client assessment, evaluation, care planning, treatment and consultation in an interdisciplinary environment at Lutheran SeniorLife facilities/agencies including, as assigned, skilled nursing facilities, LIFE programs, home health and/or outpatient clinics.
Qualifications
Physical Therapist qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four]year college or university with a degree in Physical Therapy; masters or doctoral preferred.
- One (1) to two (2) years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with senior population.
- Working knowledge of computer software required for documentation and communication.
- Maintains current PA license as Physical Therapist including meeting continuing education requirements.
