About the Role
The Bilingual Licensed Clinician will work closely with the case management team to provide intensive, short-term clinical services to Unaccompanied Children (UC's) referred to our Dream Center program. This role requires strong clinical skills, cultural competence, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in social work or a related field, with clinical experience in the program. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and prior experience working in a residential facility is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and provide ongoing clinical services to UC's
- Collaborate with case management staff to ensure comprehensive support services
- Maintain documentation of all clinical activities in accordance with ORR policy
- Provide translation support as needed for clients, sponsors, and staff
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 coverage
