We are seeking per diem Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA at Lutheran Social Ministries of NJ, you will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse to provide hands-on nursing care to our residents, focusing on their daily needs, personal hygiene, and overall well-being.
Key Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required, indicating a strong educational background
- Successful completion of a state-approved C.N.A. program, emphasizing clinical skills and knowledge
- Active C.N.A. certification, upholding industry standards and best practices
- Effective listening and communication skills, ensuring clear understanding between caregivers and residents
