Direct Care Worker with Hiring Bonus!

Asleep Overnight Direct Support Professional:

You will be required to maintain documentation, perform record keeping, and participate in periodic meetings/trainings according to regulations. This is an overnight position that allows for approximately five hours of sleep per night. However, concerns during the night and in the morning hours are expected to be addressed.

Pay:

• Standard DSP pays $13.57/hour. Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase up to $14.07/hour. 
• up to $1,000 Hiring Bonus!

Qualifications:

• No education requirements.
• No previous experience required.
• The ability to successfully pass a DHS background check.

Direct Support Professional:

Pay:

• Standard DSP pays $16/hour. Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase up to $16.50/hour. 
• up to $1,000 Hiring Bonus!

Shifts:

• We are currently hiring for a variety of roles, both full-time and part-time. 

Qualifications:

• No education requirements.
• No previous experience required.
• A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check. Not required for overnight shifts!
• The ability to successfully pass a DHS background check.

Advanced Direct Support Professional:

These homes support individuals who have higher health and support needs. Team members are trained to utilize medical equipment such as a nebulizers. oxygen, hoyer lift/track system and sit to stand as well as seizure disorders and protocols to follow. The individuals need full support in activities of daily living.

Pay:

• Standard DSP pays $17/hour. Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase up to $16.50/hour. 
• up to $1,000 Hiring Bonus!

Shifts:

• We are currently hiring for a variety of roles, both full-time and part-time.

Lead Direct Support Professional:

Pay:

• Standard DSP pays $17/hour. Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase up to $17.50/hour. 

Qualifications:

• No education requirements.
• Experience and/or training of at least one year with individuals with disabilities required
• A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check. Not required for overnight shifts!
• The ability to successfully pass a DHS background check.
