HOURS:Â Full-time, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (no weekends).

SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualificationsÂ
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Administrative Support position requires organizational, clerical, and people skills. Be a liaison of communication between internal and external parties through greeting clients, answering phone calls, and solving routine concerns and/or needs. Assist with new hire paperwork, background checks, fingerprints, and communicate general and critically time sensitive information to clients and staff. Responsible for maintaining client files and program records with high regard for accuracy and attention to detail while upholding confidentiality. Provide support to other departments, anticipate the needs of staff, and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or GED.
- Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency auto insurance requirements.
- Experience with computers and programs preferred varies from a minimum of one to two years to more according to the complexity of tasks.
