HOURS: Full-time position available, evening shift. Includes weekends and holidays. Requires rotating on-call shifts.

SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct and maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for youth ages 10 to 17 in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment program. Provide direct supervision, evaluation and training to designated residential staff. Assist in hiring, orientation and training. Attend and participate in designated team meetings and in-service training and crisis intervention.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral or social science field preferred; or two years of postsecondary education (completion of minimum of 60 semester credits) and one year of experience working with children; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 21 years old and able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards. Must successfully complete all agency background checks, which include checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, and drug or sex crimes. Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
