Are you passionate about helping clients overcome workforce challenges and building relationships with local businesses? We are a human services organization dedicated to equipping families with life skills for economic and family stability. We are seeking an enthusiastic Participant Enrollment Specialist to recruit participants for our 4-week workforce training program and develop partnerships with local employers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral and affiliate partners, including homeless shelters, recovery centers, unemployment offices, and social service providers.
- Represent our organization within the community.
- Recruit 15-20 participants for monthly classes through networking, cold calling, and marketing.
- Assist in participant enrollment and maintain accurate data collection systems.
- Provide referrals to social service providers for participants in need.
