If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Service Navigator at LSSI!
As a Service Navigator, you’ll be the bridge between individuals in need and the services that can help them thrive. You’ll take a holistic, strengths-based approach, guiding families through financial education, goal-setting, and direct assistance to help them achieve long-term stability. This position works in partnership with departments across LSSI to coordinate resources and services.
What You’ll Do:
Empower Clients (50%)
- Provide personalized coaching and support to individuals and families working toward financial security.
- Help clients develop and follow action plans to overcome financial barriers and achieve self-sufficiency.
- Offer financial literacy education, skill-building opportunities, and direct financial assistance.
- Advocate for clients and connect them with additional community resources as needed.
Manage Systems & Ensure Efficiency (30%)
- Process referrals and track client progress with accurate documentation.
- Maintain records in compliance with agency and accreditation standards.
- Ensure proper financial assistance distribution and spending within program guidelines.
Be a Community Connector (20%)
- Build strong relationships with local organizations, service providers, and landlords.
- Represent LSSI at community events and outreach activities.
- Conduct training and share financial literacy expertise with staff and partners.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or related field required.
- Two or more years of case management experience and/ or experience working with addiction/recovery.
- Ability to relate well with diverse personalities from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds.
- Technology skills to navigate service database, websites, MS365.
- Valid Driver’s License, insurance and car required.
