Our Balance Works team is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Therapist / Clinician to provide therapy and support to clients, helping them build sustainable and fulfilling lives within our dynamic, diverse and compassionate team!

Summary of Work :

As a Therapist / Clinician, you will play a vital role in assisting clients in overcoming personal challenges and achieving emotional stability. You will provide individual and some couples / family sessions, focusing on mental health and well-being, and support clients in their journey toward a more fulling life.

We are a trauma-focused organization dedicated to providing exceptional care, and we support our clinicians with EMDR training, individual and group supervision, and ongoing professional development. Our team fosters a collaborative and supportive environment, ensuring you have the resources and mentorship needed to grow, refine your skills, and meet licensure requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide direct therapy services in-office to individuals, couples and families
• Maintain accurate and secure records of services provided.
• Participate in regular supervisor sessions and clinical supervision.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and practice modalities.
• Serve as a client advocate while respecting confidential policies.
• Attend team meetings and present cases as needed.
• Assist in providing ruderal information and additional services if necessary.
• Report any cases involving “imminent harm” or “threatened harm” to supervisor immediately.
