LSSI is hiring a full-time Counselor Case Manager at the MADO Outpatient Program, Monday through Friday from 8:00AM-4:00PM. Provide whole-person services to clients participating in the MADO Outpatient Program, including 1:1 sessions, case management assistance, and the presentation of evidence-based group programming. Assist clients in achieving their stated goals and objectives, collaborating with other internal and external treatment professionals. This position will be based at MADO Douglas Park but may require travel between other facilities.

Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with MADO Outpatient team members, other LSSI programs, and external partners in order to provide quality, whole-person care and services to clients residing in MADO facilities.
- Maintain a caseload of 5-15 clients with substance use disorders or dual diagnoses.
- Present weekly groups, founded in evidence-based practices.
- Provide weekly 1:1 counseling to each client on assigned caseload.
- Provide case management services, including appropriate linkages and referrals.
- Provide support coverage to other MADO Outpatient clients, as needed.
- Complete all required EHR documentation in a timely manner.
- Meet productivity requirements identified by LSSI.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics.
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associates, Bachelors or Master’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in substance use field is preferred.
- CADC or must obtain CADC within 18 months of hire.
- Proficiency in EHR documentation and review.
- Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Annual TB test is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software.
