LSSI is hiring a full-time Director of Treasury Services. Supervise the daily operations and delivery of substance use services in a Residential Rehabilitation Program. Provide direct supervision to Counselor and Case Aide staff. Ensure compliance with various regulatory and funding entities. Ensure productivity, census, and outcome measure are met. This position will be 5 days a week; 3 remote, 2 hybrid.

- Manage cash, investment portfolios, banking/financing arrangements, insurance and risk management programs, maintaining established consultant relationships.
- Monitor and review and financial results.
- Oversee and approve weekly organization disbursement including but not limited to all checks over $2,500, manual payroll checks, and on-demand checks.
- Coordinate and serve as the primary contact with established insurance broker for annual insurance renewal coverages (excluding health) and self-insurance (workers’ compensation program) excess coverage. Report all insurance claims to the broker. Work with other LSSI employees, claims adjusters, and lawyers to manage insurance claims.
- Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff.
- Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, collaborative organizations and/or individuals in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
- Master’s degree in accounting/finance preferred.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in Financial Management required.
- Background check clearance required.
- Experience in managing corporate insurance programs, including renewals and claims, required.
- Excellent accounting analysis and report writing capabilities.
- Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of financial modeling skills and banking/financing strategies.
- Computer proficient in spreadsheets and presentation software.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large amounts of data and summarize results and findings for decision making purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, verbally and written.
- Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
Salary : $125,000
