- Provide direct supervision and leadership to the front-line staff. Participate in and document disciplinary discussions with employees directed.
- Assist Team Leaders with schedules and schedule staff in accordance with program staffing requirements.
- Monitor for and ensure provision of high-quality services to facility clients. Ensure all policies, procedures and practices are followed.
- Work with Director and other departments to ensure that regulatory requirements are met both for programmatic licensure and employment law.
- Provide additional supervision for expanding program with increased clients with high need and increased staff.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One to two years’ experience in the field preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear, comprehensible manner.
- Ability to use perform basic computer skills and use Microsoft Word.
- Valid Illinois Driver's license required. Access to a vehicle with valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage bodily Injury and property damage required.
Salary : $48,000
