LSSI is hiring a full-time IT HR Business Analyst/Project Manager, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00pm, 3 days will be hybrid. The IT Applications Business Analyst/Project Manager will drive LSSI’s continued growth and success, as they review and visualize LSSI’s needs for application development and improvement within its applications. The IT Applications Business Analyst/Project Manager with a commitment to innovation, will develop and manage implementation of strategic initiatives for efficiency and productivity. This position participates in staff deliverables, research initiatives, and supports our corporation needs and services through implementation. The IT Applications Business Analyst/Project Manager will analyze workflows, provide understanding toward improvement, and guide improvement in solutions in LSSI’s ever-changing digital environment.

Essential Functions:
- Works with LSSI’s staff in conducting investigations in support of their and organization’s deliverables surrounding Healthcare, applications usage, and additional development to provide efficiencies. Investigations includes, but not limited to, EHR workflows, staff performance analysis, client satisfaction, outcomes measures used for marketing measures and pay-for-performance assessments.
- Analyzes, manages and supports ongoing enhancement, issues and requests regarding applications workflows and governance.
- Develops business analysis, templates, and needs assessment models for LSSI as warranted to support consistency and quality across client care and applications implementation and management.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop efficiencies in providing better care and workflow measures understanding.
- Participates in internal staff meetings to understand the needs to increase staff understanding and providing thoughtful input in using current tools to achieve those requirements.
- Uses (or learns) business tools to assist in creating reports to personalize KPIs for executive management and organization’s needs.
- Works with IT Applications Director for understanding of the full scope of business needs to increase organization’s decisions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field or 4 to 6 years of applicable application experience required.
- OWASP or equivalent training completion required.
- ITIL or LEAN certifications a plus.
- PMP certification a plus.
- Database management, reporting and report generation experience is required.
- Experience with statistical methods and artificial intelligence and its application is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud and SaaS application implementations preferred.
- 4 -6 years’ experience working in application analysis, project management, implementation, support and service delivery experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, verbally and written.
- Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
- Strong understanding of workflow analysis, reporting tools, and data analysis is preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as be an effective member of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport with all levels of management and staff.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) applications is a plus.
- Experience working in Health & Human Services industry is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency required.
- Access to reliable transportation required.
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage required.
