Lutheran Sunset Ministries in Clifton, TX, is now hiring a full-time GVN/LVN/RN for our memory care facility. The shift is Monday through Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm.

Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions
- Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
- Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel
- Communicates with the medical staff, nursing personnel, and other department directors. Qualifications
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
- Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
- Rotating on-call.
