Summer jobs are available at Camp Lutherhaven on Lake Coeur d’Alene and at Shoshone Mountain Retreat & Ranch in the Bitterroot Mountains. Camp staff positions are tremendously rewarding, incredibly challenging, and almost always life-changing.

Shoshone Ranch Camp Program Lead
Located at our western guest ranch in a gorgeous, riverside mountain setting at Shoshone Mountain Retreat, the ranch camp program allows campers to develop horse skills in the arena and on trails at Shoshone Creek Ranch. This program includes daily horse time, plus popular camp activities like splashing in the swimmin’ hole, the 40-foot natural climbing wall, tubing the river, crafts, campfire cooking, worship & Bible study
The ranch camp program lead is responsible for scheduling, planning, and leading the ranch camp program and its staff. Coordinate logistics, lead campfires, and work alongside the wranglers at the Ranch. All Shoshone staff serve on a close-knit team where fun and your shared faith in Jesus are central to what you do!
Looking for applicants who…
- Have a loving, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Have a willingness to work hard, be flexible, and serve in a variety of ways.
- Are high school graduates, must be 18 years or older by the first day of staff training for positions that require onsite community living (counselor, area leads, leadership team, etc.)
Base Pay
Approximately $375 per week, plus meals and housing (valued at $275 per week) depending on positions and experience. That’s between $3900 and $4100 for a full summer, plus $2750 in housing and meals!
