Lutron looking for a highly motivated Associate Human Resources Representative to join our team out of our Worldwide Headquarters in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania. In this role, you would be a key part of our Human Resources team, focused on supporting HR initiatives related to benefits, recruiting, employee development, and/or cross-functional project support. Responsibilities
In this role, your first assignment may include:
- Supporting the rollout of our benefits program to our employees
- Participating in daily talent acquisition activities which may include communicating with candidates and leading candidate evaluation discussions with interviewers
- Engaging with employees across the organization to provide a differentiated internal customer experience
- Collaborating with Human Resource Business Partners on projects related to employee development and onboarding
- Providing project support as you learn about Lutron’s Human Resource Centers of Excellence such as Recruiting, Benefits, Learning and Development
- Using your proven communication skills and understanding of Lutron culture to act as a company ambassador
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0 - 3 years' experience in a related field
