This role is part of Lutron Electronics Co., Inc's Construction Design and Development Program. The program is designed to train individuals in commercial project management and provide them with hands-on experience in various aspects of the construction process.
As a participant in this program, you will be responsible for participating in a rotational experience consisting of classroom, online, and on-the-job training. You will learn about the construction process and develop skills in reading construction drawings, creating designs, and programming systems. You will also communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and sales team members to support Lutron's business goals.
