What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lighting Control Systems Specialist position at Lutron Electronics Company?
We are seeking an experienced systems engineer to join our Configured Product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and development of configurable products, as well as excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
- Develop and implement logical models for product families that support mass customization business.
- Evaluate product domain requirements and opportunities for reuse of common requirements across product lines.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Applied Physics, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Prior experience with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Configurators and the writing of Configurable Product Rules.
