About the Role
You will work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers and product managers to design, develop, and maintain innovative products for commercial and residential use. Your responsibilities will include designing maintainable product-family configuration rules, working on logical models for product families, and ensuring high standards of quality in your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design maintainable, elegant, and reusable product-family configuration rules to meet various product requirements and feature sets.
- Analyze product domain requirements and opportunities for reuse of common requirements across product lines.
- Design and implement logical models for product families that support Lutron's mass customization business.
- Establish standards and guidelines for rules development.
- Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure product rules meet or exceed internal and customer specifications.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled engineer with experience in Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Configurators and the writing of Configurable Product Rules. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned.
