Responsibilities
What you’re going to do:
- Participate in a comprehensive 7-month development experience in Pennsylvania
- Actively learn about our technology, products, sales strategies, and customer types
- Travel to several major cities during the program on sales trips to experience a day-in-the-life of salespeople in each business segment (retail, residential, and commercial)
- Improve your presentation skills by receiving direct feedback from sales leaders
- Build personal relationships with Lutron’s executive team
- Complete training and join one of our business segments an outside salesperson and relocate to a major metropolitan market
- Your passion for excellence and authenticity will create customers for life
- You directly contribute to company growth and expansion through sales of new products, services, and markets
- You uphold our position as the industry leader with your proactive communication and problem-solving skills
- Your adaptability and resiliency will drive innovation and challenge the status quo
- You have completed a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.80; a technical degree or interest is preferred
- You must be willing to relocate and travel up to 50% once assigned to a territory
- You have 0-3 years of professional working experience
