Lutron Electronics Co Inc has an immediate opening for a Credit Analyst on the Accounting Services Team at our Global Headquarters - Annex office located in Center Valley PA. As a Credit Analyst on the Accounting Services Team, you will review the creditworthiness of Lutron customers to determine the risk involved in extending and approving credit. You will have the opportunity to work with Lutron customers in the commercial and residential channels, as well as the global sales and service teams to facilitate and support our yearly sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate your excellent analytical skills by reviewing credit data from customers to make credit decisions
- Review customer financial statements to identify risk
- Use Payment Processing and Credit Resource software tools to further evaluate customer’s financial status
- Apply your exceptional interpersonal skills while working with Lutron customers and the Global Sales/Services team to cross-coordinate communication regarding the impact of your credit decisions
- Identify past due accounts and work closely with the collections team to resolve outstanding payments
- Associate's degree (required) or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA in earned degree
- 5 or more years business experience, previous credit analyst or collections experience preferred
- Must be located within commutable distance of Center Valley, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
