Responsibilities
- Marketing Intelligence: Gather audience, market, and competitor insights to inform the development of Lutron's go-to-market strategies for products, categories, and services
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders and team members members from marketing, communications, product, and sales to gather critical inputs and perspectives. Ensure alignment at key stages of planning and implementation to drive progress.
- Strategy Development: Work with marketing leadership and product managers to craft creative briefs and develop compelling market messaging strategies for Lutron products
- Technical Communication: Translate Lutron's technical product information into clear accessible writing for both internal & external audiences
- Marketing Plans: Develop marketing plans for new and updated residential luxury products and services to drive adoption and growth. This includes supporting the creation of sales enablement materials (collateral, presentations), emails, digital roadmap and tools, editorial calendars, content for multiple platforms, video and photography assets, and stakeholder communications.
- Execution: Implement approved marketing tactics in partnership with relevant teams and participate in evaluations to ensure effectiveness
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with marketing teams across business units to refine product launch processes and methodologies, enhacing efficiency
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs for marketing programs and tactics, implement measurement systems, and develop executive-level reports on marketing effectiveness with recommendations for optimization.
- Bachelors degree required, marketing or communications field of study preferred
- Minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required
- 7 years of relevant work experience in a Marketing/Sales role required
- Proficiency in MS Suite and familiarity with various web, email, and social media platforms and associated analytics tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
