What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Director of Finance, you’ll be a key member of the leadership team, overseeing finance, HR, operations, and facilities management. You’ll be the go-to resource for financial forecasting, compliance, and resource optimization — ensuring every dollar and decision supports sustainable growth and strategic expansion.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and executing financial strategies that support long-term organizational goals
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with an eye toward transparency and impact
- Overseeing HR, facilities, IT, and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Supporting grant and donor reporting, investment account management, and audit processes
- Collaborating with leadership to evaluate organizational capacity and improve operational efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the Executive Director and Board committees
What You Bring:
- Proven leadership experience in finance, preferably within a nonprofit or multi-site environment
