We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support project management, implement processes, and assist with internal process improvement within our accounting departments. Keys to Success :

  • COMMUNICATION – Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively schedule, implement, and articulate new processes and procedures across all accounting TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING – Displays a solid understanding of business operations, accounting department functions, and firm-wide processes to evaluate and implement impactful changes.
  • WORKPLACE CONNECTIONS – Cultivates strong, trust-based relationships with management and team members, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
  • INTERPERSONAL SKILLS – Serves as an approachable resource for employees to address questions and concerns, ensuring clear and productive communication.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and update current processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with firm personnel to implement changes and improvements to systems and workflows.
  • Conduct thorough testing of process changes before deployment across departments.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for department and firm-wide process updates.
  • Manage complex projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery of results.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional business environment.
  • Maintain a consistent workweek schedule. This role is based in Omaha, Nebraska.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and eager to learn new applications.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
