Fast Food Crew Member

Overview
Tips are additional and range from $4 to $10 additional per hour for each hour worked. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house activities. Your responsibilities will include food preparation and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Take customer orders accurately using the Aloha POS system.
• Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and giving change.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms throughout your shift.

Experience

• Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety standards is a plus.
• Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is beneficial.
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
