Car Wash Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash/ Shop Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintence performed meet the customers highest standards. Must be able to direct and assist employees as needed.

Duties

• Provide exceptional service to all customers
• Manage employees schedules and performance
• Oversee thorough cleaning of vehicles, including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, and detailing.
• Utilize various cleaning tools and products to ensure high-quality results.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about services offered.
• Drive vehicles safely within the car wash facility.
• Oversee technicians ensuring they are performing thorough maintance items, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
• Ensure maintance of shop and car wash are regulary checked and functioning properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in car washing and/or shop operations.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Computer skills
• Management experience
• Capability to drive various types of vehicles safely.
• Willingness to perform duties as needed to maintain operaions.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,125.00 - $57,602.00 per year
