You will calculate and track monthly sales commissions for our external Representatives, ensuring accurate payments are processed and communicated effectively. In your role, you will process daily purchase orders, verifying inventory, pricing, and scheduling required items with production teams. Your attention to detail will also shine through as you handle daily invoicing and maintain critical online programs, including EDI.
In addition, you will assist with incoming calls by managing customer orders and inquiries. You'll also prepare essential customs documents for shipments to Canada and Mexico, generate daily order reports, file necessary documentation in Content Central, and track customer terms and conditions. Lastly, you will provide backup support for the Sales Logistics Coordinator and ensure our conference room is well-stocked for team luncheons, reinforcing our commitment to a collaborative and energetic workplace.
