Social Media Content Manager
One Up Innovations is the dynamic and innovative company behind Jaxx and Liberator brands that redefine comfort and intimacy. Jaxx specializes in high-quality bean bags, loungers, and modular furniture that transform everyday spaces. Liberator, on the other hand, is a leader in luxury sex furniture and erotic lifestyle products, bringing passion and play into the bedroom.
We’re seeking a Social Media Content Manager who thrives on creativity, engagement, and strategy to take our brands to the next level. If you’re passionate about crafting compelling content, driving community engagement, and pushing the boundaries of digital storytelling, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:
Develop & Execute Social Media Strategy – Own and evolve the content strategy across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, YouTube, and Threads).
Content Creation & Curation – Looking for a creative content superstar to craft visually appealing, brand-aligned content (both organic and paid), including graphics, short-form videos, and interactive posts.
Brand Storytelling – Bring the unique voices of Jaxx and Liberator to life through engaging posts, storytelling, and trend-driven content.
Community Engagement – Build, nurture, and grow our communities by interacting with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Track analytics, measure engagement, and adjust strategies to maximize reach, conversions, and brand visibility.
Influencer & Partnership Management – Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to expand our audience.
Trendspotting & Competitive Analysis – Stay ahead of social media trends, pop culture, and competitors to ensure our brands remain innovative and fresh.
What We’re Looking For:
· 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in lifestyle, home, or adult brands.
· A strong visual eye and ability to create and edit engaging content (photo & video)
· A trend-savvy creator who understands platform-specific content and viral opportunities.
· Comfortable working in the erotic lifestyle industry—you’ll be creating for both mainstream (Jaxx) and adult (Liberator) audiences.
· Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or other content tools.
· Experience with social ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) is a plus.
· A self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.
