Customer Service / Order Entry
Job Type : Full-time / In Person
Pay : $18.00 per hour
Expected hours : 40 per week
Schedule : Monday to Friday; 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

We are seeking an Order Entry / Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, a passion for assisting customers and a desire to learn.
Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Provide customers with Quotes of our products
- Create Work Orders for production
- Collaborate with production to assure customer deadlines
- Provide support / coordination during and after production and shipping.
- Enter orders after confirming customer's specifications
