As the Retail Showroom Manager at Lux-Art Silks International, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our showroom, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers. You will lead a team of showroom associates, manage inventory, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive showroom traffic and sales. This position requires a passion for luxury retail, exceptional customer service, and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of showroom associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Create and implement visually appealing product displays that showcase our products effectively.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts to ensure product availability.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and advice.
- Monitor showroom performance and report on sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory status.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Stay up to date on new product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
