Shipping & Receiving Manager

Full-Time Position

Monday – Friday 8 am – 4 : 30 pm

Minimum starting pay is based on experience.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Shipping Manager. As part of our team, you oversee shipping logistics and processes for the entire organization, managing inventory and maintaining detailed logs and documentation. You will verify all incoming merchandise and materials, ensure appropriate storage and precise record-keeping, and constantly look for areas in which you can improve efficiency. This position demands a highly organized personality, and our ideal candidate has considerable prior professional experience in warehouse management, shipping, and logistics. You also need strong leadership skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Verify all incoming merchandise and ensure appropriate storage and documentation
• Oversee shipping processes, directing teams whenever necessary
• Maintain precise and accurate documentation of existing inventory and shipped goods
• Identify areas for improvement, particularly regarding workplace efficiency
• Ensure a safe workplace
