Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Luxurious Auto Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financing process for customers purchasing vehicles, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. This position combines both sales and finance expertise, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, strong finance skills, and a proven track record in sales and financing, we want you to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize dealer management systems such as DealerCenter or DealerTrack to manage transactions and deal structures
  • Work directly with customers to explain financing options and secure the best financing terms for their needs
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from car selection to financing
  • Get deals funded and ensure that all required stipulations are met and submitted promptly for approval
  • Use upselling techniques to offer additional products and services, enhancing both the customer experience and dealership revenue
  • Process all required automotive sales paperwork, including title processing and finalizing deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders, customers, and the dealership team to ensure a smooth transaction process

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in used car sales and financing
  • Experience with dealer management systems such as DealerCenter or DealerTrack
  • Knowledge of the car financing process and familiarity with getting deals funded
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, loan processing, and handling all necessary stipulations for each deal
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and lenders
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
  • Strong sales skills and a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to perform detailed financial calculations and paperwork with precision
  • Must be able to work Saturdays (required)
  • Must speak fluent English & Spanish

Compensation:

  • Commission-based pay structure
  • Opportunity for high earnings based on performance
