Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks effectively to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance as needed to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
- Launder linens and other items as required, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
- Cook simple meals or assist with food preparation when necessary in residential settings.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently, including lifting and moving items as needed.
