This position will be located in the state of Colorado.
General Summary
Position is responsible for business development with On and Off premise accounts across the State of Colorado. Manages and directs both on and off premise wholesaler managers, sales directors and sales personnel to achieve Luxco sales and distribution goals for the state. Identifies market specific business opportunities both on-off premise and develops programs to address opportunity. This position will also work closely with the Business Unit Manager by actively participating in defining and executing all aspects of Luxco business in the state of Colorado.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Work and develop relationships with Sr. managers, managers and sales personnel at the distributor to help achieve on and off premise goals. Goals to be set with Luxco Division manager and input from the wholesaler.
- Develop own relationships with Key account buyers outside of the distributor to drive Luxco specific initiatives.
- Identify opportunities: new distribution, display, feature, well/premium drink features and initiatives.
- Working with the Business Unit Manager to develop and execute KPIs and sales programs based on opportunities that will help achieve sales, distribution and display goals.
- Establishes and conducts regular sales meetings for wholesaler management and sales personnel on current programs and brands.
- Monitors the use of point of sale materials along with all budgets assigned to the state or market.
- Participates in the states sales planning, pricing and programming meetings.
- Participates in forecasting sales and profits. Help ensure forecasting is accurate and is on target.
- Works closely with division manager on negotiating pricing and programs with Sr. management at the wholesaler.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- 3 Years Sales Experience in the Wine & Liquor Industry
- Solid Computer Skills
- Exceptional Communication Skills including oral and written
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
