Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Apply window tinting as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and privacy.
- Ensure all vehicles are free of dirt, grime, and other contaminants before delivery to customers.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the detailing process.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle care.
- Assist with custodial duties as necessary to keep the workspace organized and tidy.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Experience in car washing and detailing techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with buffing equipment and window tinting processes is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills related to vehicle care.
