Luxe Beauty & Body Co., led by CEO & Founder Shara Gabaldon, is seeking a creative, organized, and travel-ready Personal Assistant to support high-level operations on an as-needed basis. This unique role involves capturing behind-the-scenes content, assisting with logistics, and contributing to our digital presence. It's a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to grow within a beauty and wellness brand.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and organize behind-the-scenes content at events, trainings, and during travel
- Assist with logistics and execution of both local and nationwide events
- Support content creation for social platforms, primarily Instagram and Facebook
- Be available 3–4 times per month for in-person assistance and travel as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong visual storytelling skills with a creative eye for content
- Experience with Instagram and Facebook (Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes content)
- Highly organized, proactive, and professional
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling and travel
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or event industries is a plus
