Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator (Full Time)
Luxe Dental Care is a family owned dental practice located in Kent Island, MD. Our mission is to provide our patients with the highest quality of dental care, friendly and luxurious environment.
We are a team-oriented practice, we recognize one of our biggest asset is our employees. We are a PPO, Medicaid and fee for service dental practice.
Job Description:
We are seeking an individual with high energy, great communication skills and a can-do attitude. The Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator plays an integral role in the practice, he/she will perform a number of administrative and customer service-related duties. The duties and responsibilities are as follows (but not limited to):
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice
- Present treatment plans to patient
- Very knowledgeable about insurances and payment co-pays
- Scheduling, rescheduling or cancelling appointments as needed
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and provide reminders via email, text and phone
- Verifying patients insurance information and whether patients are required to make a co-payment
Requirements:
- Dental Office Experience: 4 year (preferred)
- Experience in treatment plan presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast pace environment
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday : 9 AM - 5 PM
Friday: 9 - 3PM (optional)
