We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. Duties
- Develop detailed project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project updates, address concerns, and resolve conflicts.
- Implement change management processes to effectively manage project transitions and stakeholder expectations.
- Utilize project management tools such as Basecamp and ServiceNow for tracking progress and documentation.
- Analyze project performance using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Proficiency in project management software including Basecamp and Visio.
- Strong knowledge of product management principles and practices.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to navigate challenging situations effectively.
- Experience in change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during project phases.
- Familiarity with content management systems to support project deliverables.
- Certification or training in Lean Six Sigma or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
