Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, identifying customer needs, and closing sales for Luxe Flush’s portable restrooms, restroom trailers, and handwashing stations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound leads via phone, email, and online inquiries.
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers in construction, event planning,
- and other industries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best Luxe Flush sanitation
- solutions.
- Provide quotes, explain pricing, and follow up to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM
- software.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and Luxe Flush’s expanding
- product offerings.
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in the portable sanitation, construction, or event industry is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
