We are looking for a Sales Support Associate to :
Record confidential customer information accurately within our customer database
Act as the face of the brand ensuring each customer has a positive sales experience
Offer sales support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's sales and operations policies
Communicate with the sales and operations management team regarding customer requests and concerns
Interact with potential or existing customers, enter orders, and perform a variety of additional activities to facilitate excellent sales solutions to support business objectives
Maintain professional communication with customers and team members while using cross-functional company resources and sales tools
We are looking for a Sales Support Associate to have :
A degree in Operations Management, Business, Communications or related fields
1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, operations support, or sales
Excellent listening skills and a strong customer focus
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills
Exceptional conflict resolution abilities
Ability to address complaints and resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner
