Job Description

Luxe Guard Class-A Covered RV & Boat Storage, a brand new state-of-the-art storage facility, is opening in March 2025 in Pittsburg, CA. We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused Site Manager to oversee daily operations at this premier facility. This is a unique opportunity to join from day one, helping establish the facility's reputation for exceptional service and pristine property management.

Important Note: This position will include the opportunity for on-site housing, expected to become available after a successful initial probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to RV and boat owners, ensuring a VIP experience for all tenants.
• Handle daily invoices, reports, and account management, including billing, collections, and follow-ups.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, including the monitoring of security systems, gates, and surveillance.
• Promote and market available spaces, upsell value-added services, and drive occupancy at the new facility.
• Maintain accurate tenant records and handle all leasing agreements and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Monitor and enforce facility rules, ensuring all vehicles meet site requirements.
• Assist in property upkeep, including light cleaning and coordination of professional maintenance services.
• Patrol the property to ensure safety, cleanliness, and security.
• Develop strong working relationships with vendors, contractors, and corporate management.
• Provide weekly status reports to upper management.
• Help build a sense of community with tenants, hosting occasional customer appreciation events or promotions.

Desired Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, with experience working directly with RV and boat owners a plus.
• Prior experience in property management, RV/boat storage, self-storage, hospitality, or vehicle storage facilities strongly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot customer concerns and effectively deescalate difficult situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy – able to learn and use property management software, email platforms, and security systems.
• Comfortable with light physical work, including walking the property, inspecting units, and general cleaning tasks.
• Marketing experience (social media, local outreach, etc.) is a plus.

Requirements

• Valid California Driver’s License (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays as needed (Tuesday-Saturday schedule likely)
• Ability to relocate to on-site housing after probationary period (optional, but strongly preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
• On-Site Housing: Available after probationary period

• Typical schedule: 5 days a week, must have weekend availability (subject to change based on facility needs)
