Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Social media/marketing posts
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Assist with reservations and cancellations through phone or online systems.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon environment .
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
