Key Responsibilities:

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients across residential and commercial sectors, understanding their needs and presenting Luxe Lighting’s solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person or virtual meetings with prospects, showcasing the quality and benefits of our lighting products and services.
- Negotiation & Closing: Be skilled at closing deals with decision-makers and ensuring contracts are signed, delivering both high value and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs to maximize your commission and play a key role in the company's growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Luxe Lighting team to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to project execution and customer service.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in B2B, home improvement, or related industries)
- A hunger to succeed with an entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation to achieve goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation (uncapped earning potential!)
- A passion for building relationships and closing deals
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
