ROLE SUMMARY

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for several key aspects of the customer journey: client onboarding, retention, support, and experience. They understand Luxe Life’s brand identity and are extremely familiar with our products and capabilities. Your day to day role is managing administrative tasks such as scheduling and managing photo acquisition, verification, and distribution via our client portal. Additionally, you will manage client communications including intake, product proposal, and fulfillment.

Luxe Life Productions has shot over 10,000 real estate listings and served 400 real estate agents in the Greater Boston, Southern New Hampshire, and South Shore areas. Our real estate listing videos are of the highest standard thanks to our professional color-grading, high-grade equipment, and attention to detail. We are a group of fun, laid-back content creators that provide stellar videography, photography, and marketing ideas. We understand the significance of real estate transactions to sellers and to agents. Because of this, we strive to provide a product of the highest quality that is delivered in a timely manner. THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains client satisfaction with communication, expediency, and organization.
  • Supports client questions and general inquiries.
  • Facilitates client onboarding processes.
  • Manages scheduling and facilitation of shoots.
  • Supports Operations team with inbound calls and general communication.
  • Aides in achieving customer success team targets.
  • Resolves client and team issues & escalations.
  • Analyzes feedback data and identifies customer service trends.
  • Is highly proficient on calls & supports volume inbound in the email space.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent customer service, outreach, and administrative skills.
  • Impeccable time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Basic proficiency with Google G Suite and Adobe Suite.
  • Familiarity and experience in the Real Estate or Media/Marketing space.

WORK HOURS & EARNING POTENTIAL

  • Pay will be $50-55K annually (based on experience).
  • Working hours will be approximately 40 per week, 5 days per week.
  • Opportunity to transition to a hybrid role after 90 days of employment, given displayed proficiency in the role.
  • Exact working hours are dependent on the needs of the business and the completion of projects.
  • The standard work schedule ranges from Monday to Friday, 8:00A to 5:00P, with some necessary evening and/or weekend hours.
  • Health insurance options available after 90 days of employment.
  • 5 days of Paid Time-Off (PTO) after 90 days of employment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • On-site shadowing and in-office orientation (3 weeks).
