ROLE SUMMARY

The team at Luxe Life Productions is looking for a talented Creative Specialist who is experienced in photography, videography, and drone operation. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and advanced client relationship and customer service skills. They will also possess a growth mindset, always being open to feedback and direction, while looking for ways to improve their skills and innovate. Additionally, they will be passionate and understand that producing high-quality content starts with a love for the craft. Our Creative Specialist will be able to spearhead new initiatives and manage existing employees and processes.

Luxe Life Productions has shot over 7,000 real estate listings and served 400 real estate agents in the Greater Boston, Southern New Hampshire, and South Shore areas. Our real estate listing videos are of the highest standard thanks to our professional color-grading, high-grade equipment, and attention to detail. We are a group of fun, laid-back content creators that provide stellar videography, photography, and marketing ideas. We understand the significance of real estate transactions to sellers and to agents. Because of this, we strive to provide a product of the highest quality that is delivered in a timely manner. THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: You will have the opportunity to proactively connect with our clients, understand their specific requirements, and maintain strong relationships to deliver exceptional service and foster long-term partnerships. This, in turn, will propel our brand and business forward and provide us with the opportunity to work with some of the top-producing agents in our market.
• Tell Stories: Your creative talents will help to skillfully tell visual stories through your images, capturing the unique features and character of each property to create emotional connections with potential buyers. You will also have the opportunity to help build our clients’ brands by showcasing them and their properties in a compelling and professional manner that aligns with their brand identity.

WHY YOU’LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE

• You have 2-3 years of creative experience as a professional or independent creative contractor.
• You are a passionate creative with refined photography, videography, and have your Part 107 FAA Drone Certification.
• You are professional and showcase etiquette, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.

• You are analytical and possess strong creative, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

BONUS POINTS

• Real estate industry, marketing/sales, client directing, and/or business/operations experience.
• You’re comfortable using a 3-axis gimbal to shoot stabilized video content.
• Proficiency with DSLR camera systems and lenses.
• Experienced completing personal branding projects, setting up studio lighting, using flash, and shooting portrait photography.

WORK HOURS & EARNING POTENTIAL

• Pay will be $26-30K annually (based on experience).
• Working hours will range from 24-30 per week, 3 days per week.
• Exact working hours are dependent on the needs of the business and the completion of projects.
• The standard work schedule ranges from Monday to Friday, 9:00A to 6:00P, with optional evening and weekend hours available for a flexible schedule.
• Mileage on travel for work will be reimbursed at the standard rate.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
• Repeating motions that may include the arms, wrists, hand, and/or fingers
• Operating light machinery and/or electronic equipment
• Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned
• Driving to complete job duties and standing for extended periods of time

Pay: $26,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Do you have experience using a 3-Axis Gimbal for video stabilization? If so, how many years and what is your comfort level?
• Do you have your Part 107 FAA Drone Certification? If not, are you willing to acquire it? This is required for the role at this time.
• Are you available to work Monday-Friday from 9:00A to 6:00P without any scheduling conflicts? Part time work is also available.
