Position: Entry Level Customer Service Representative
In this fast paced role, you’ll be the face of Verizon, helping customers discover the best mobile, internet, and entertainment products. Your passion for technology and customer service will allow you to build meaningful connections and make an impact on customers’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to understand their needs, and introduce them to Verizon’s offerings.
- Demonstrate the latest Verizon products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Provide top-notch support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with the team to meet sales goals, set up displays, and assist with promotions to drive customer interest.
- Uphold Verizon’s standards by delivering an outstanding in-store experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable.
